Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days during normal business operations, however processing times may increase during sales and peak shopping seasons (such as Christmas). We process orders Monday through Friday. Typically, orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING
We use USPS and UPS for shipping and currently only ship domestically and to Canada. All shipping rates are passed on to the customer. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping service based on order weight and/or cost. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in shipping calculations. Excess shipping charges will be refunded at our discretion.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All of our shipping options use tracking numbers to track orders once they have been shipped. We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Our obligation is met once orders have been shipped and tracking numbers are provided to the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that packages are shipped to address where the package will be safe and not subject to theft. If you believe that your package is missing then you should contact the shipping provider directly first. After you have contacted the shipping provider, you can contact us and we will assist you with getting your missing package claim resolved through the shipping provider as quickly as possible. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items in your order arrive damaged, please take a picture of the damage and contact the shipping provider and us at support@majesticrandr.com immediately, but no later than 7 days from date of delivery. The customer can file a claim with the shipping provider themselves or we can file a claim on the customer’s behalf however, proof of the damage is needed to file a damage claim.
