REFUNDS
Refunds will be considered based on the situation but is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given due to dislike of scents, designs and/or other unique characteristics (including, but not limited to, textures, holes, fractures, or cut lines) inherent to handmade soap products. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us with your concerns at support@majesticrand.com. We are happy to address your concerns.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products (personal care goods), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for gift cards. All sales are final.

MISSING AND INCORRECT ITEMS
